Do you think this is a valid reason/excuse for dating late?

Alright well My name is Evan and I am 18 years old. I am just now starting to date and I was wondering if my condition is a valid reason. First off I started puberty at least 3 or 4 years late and I had to get testostrone shots to get me started (kind of embarssing). Also I have ADHD and the school system sent me to a special school with 140 students and only about 15 of them are girls. Most teens social life comes from school and in my school my friends (which are normal) live over 40 min away because my school is 45 min away. Anyway I think these are the reasons why I started dating so late because in middle school I was social and everything (it was a public school).
The point is I have been delt a bad hand and I was wondering if these problems give me a decent excuse or reason to start dating so late?

Whats wrong with me?
