When will i get rehoused, living in 2 bed flat with boy and girl of 17 & 15 in same bedroom?

cant put same sexed teen in my room because its not law for her too be in my room,is it? and were also need our own privacy! I currently have 90 points with the council,(70 points is enuf to qualify for 3 bed house) its a very small 2 bed flat that were in at the mo,and has absolutaly no storage cupboards the boy has adhd, dyslexia and a bowel condition which the council are aware of, he also has learning age of a 10 yr old in his reading and writing not that that should make any diff! he only came to live with me in oct 07 so how quick b4 were offered 3 bed house which the council have said that we’ll get? i live in north herts area, England. thanx mel.
